Job Details
Our client is looking to appoint an Experienced Designer with a strong background in large scale developer led housing and master planning.
Joining a team in the city of London the successful candidate will work on a variety of schemes from bespoke high-end residential developers to large PLC developers. Working on both low & medium rise projects.
The role will involve preparing design led layouts, sketch layouts, detailed drawings and masterplans for development. Working with local authorities, the client and consultants.
The successful candidate will have the following experience:-
Registered ARB / RIBA Architect or post graduate in Urban Designer
A proven background gain working on new build developer-led residential schemes.
A strong understanding of the planning process.
Able to demonstrate Design Layout experience.
Proficient AutoCAD skills are essential.
