Due to our ongoing success, we are in search of a keen and perceptive Architectural Technologist or Technician, with experience of construction and an ability to communicate drawn, written, and verbal information.  You should have a willing attitude to learn our product range, and be able to strongly liaise with Clients, Colleagues, Councils, and Consultants.

You will be working on the Building Regulations detailing and joinery selection, scheduling, and detailing for our Clients dream homes - bespoke residential new-build projects of approx. 150-550sqm. 

In addition to being a go-getting, client-facing character with a great flair for design, we are also looking for candidates with:

  • Qualified with a recognised Architectural qualification / CIAT or similar. Ideally experience working with Sketchup, AutoCAD and NBS Specification. Defined understanding of drawn details and ability to write schedules. Exemplary eye for detail and ability to quality assure drawings well. Strong verbal, written and drawn communication is key.  Good sales and liaison ability desirable. Experience with Planning and Building Regulations processes.
