Due to our ongoing success, we are in search of a talented and proactive fully qualified Architect, with a minimum of three years practice experience, filled with drive, initiative, good experience, clear communication skills, and ability.  You will be working on our Clients dream homes, bespoke residential new-build projects of approx. 150-550sqm. 

We want a go-getting, client-facing character, with design flair.  Good experience with both Planning and Building Regulations processes is essential, with excellent technical knowledge (Passive House understanding/qualification would be a plus), and the ability to engage with Clients, Colleagues, Councils, and Consultants confidently.  Strong communication is key.

In addition to being a go-getting, client-facing character with a great flair for design, we are also looking for candidates with:

  • ARB Qualified with a recognised Architectural qualification/ RIBA or similar.
  • Ideally, experience working with Sketchup, AutoCAD and NBS Specification.
  • Experience with Planning and Building Regulations processes.
  • Site Supervision and experience on private houses is beneficial.
  • Excellent Technical Knowledge (Passive House understanding/qualification would be a plus).
