A fantastic opportunity has presented itself for a talented and dynamic Town Planner to join one of the leading Planning and Development consultancies in the UK!

My client has been established for over 30 years and their establish team of Chartered Planners are focused in providing a bespoke service to private developers, house builders, strategic land companies, care home developers and local authorities.

My client provides professional advice to a range of clients across the public and private sectors with experience in planning for all types of development, and particular specialisms in housing, affordable housing, care home developments, and self-build housing!

Candidate requirements

• RTPI accredited Planning degree or equivalent qualification.
• MRTPI Chartered planner (preferable).
• 2+ years previous experience in a Town Planning role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work from own initiative as well as part of a team.
• A drive to succeed!
