My client is an award-winning, fully Independent Planning Consultancy with a highly skilled and experienced team of Planning and Regeneration Consultants supporting clients across the UK.

My client is currently seeking to expand their team and are looking for an enthusiastic and personable Chartered Senior Town Planer who can add to the already successful team.

The successful candidate will join the team in working on projects across several sectors, including residential & strategic land, commercial & industrial, retail, leisure & town centres, regeneration, education, and energy.

Some of the Planning services you will offer as part of the team include:

• Strategic land promotion, planning feasibility studies, planning applications and negotiations, appeals & expert witness, and public engagement.
• Planning policy documents, local plan examination, development strategies & frameworks, and retail assessments.
