Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 (Dependant on experience)

Penguin Recruitment are delighted to be working with a growing team of experienced Architects. My clients are looking for an experienced and local Architect to join the practice with over 3 years' experience in the Residential sector.

To be successful in this role, you should boast design flare and strong technical abilities. You should also be proficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp.

Skills and Essentials for this Architect role:

• To be able to manage projects from inception straight through to completion
• To be registered with the Architects Registration Board
• An exceptional understanding in IT design and managing projects using AutoCAD and SketchUp
• A good knowledge and understanding of the UK Building Regulations
• To be creative, inventive, and imaginative to produce unique ideas
• To have exceptional time management skills to meet project deadlines
• To demonstrate excellent presentation skills to deliver clear and concise information to other members of my client's team
