My client is a dynamic Multidisciplinary Consultancy that provide a full range of Design, Engineering, and Consulting services to the built environment. They are currently seeking a dynamic, enthusiastic, and career-oriented Town Planning Consultant to join their growing Development team in the South-East!

The ideal candidate will therefore have a formal qualification/degree within Urban & Regional Planning or Town & Regional Planning with ideally two years post qualification experience.

General Duties

• Delivering planning advice on planning applications internally to other areas of the business and to external clients.
• Managing applications through the planning process varying from small CLOPUD and CLUID applications, minor applications including non-material amendments through single unit residential schemes to 300 units mixed use development schemes, in addition to other and mixed-use applications.
• Variety of sectors within which to work will lead to fantastic career progression and experience opportunities that would suit a motivated and forward-thinking individual.
