Job Title: Senior Transport Planner

Office Location: Leeds

Salary Range: £30,000 - £38,000

We are pleased to announce our client is recruiting a Senior Transport Planner to join their development team in Leeds.

They are a progressive and forward thinking company that provide all requirments in the field of highways and transportation.

The role will include being involved in many different projects. Duties will include the preparation of Transport Assessments and Travel Plans including trip generation, distribution and assignment, junction capacity assessments, highway design. It will also involve the use of CAD, accident data analysis, public transport and site accessibility assessments.

If you have a degree in Civil Engineering/Geography or Transport Planning as well as the below criteria, we want to hear frorm you:

Job Essentials:

• Highway junction design and use of AutoCAD software;
• Use of Microsoft Office software, especially Excel.
• Junction analysis and use of ARCADY, PICADY, TRANSYT and LINSIG software;
• Transport Assessment and Travel Plan preparation;
• Understanding of the planning process;
