Associate Urban Designer

A fantastic opportunity has come up for an Associate Urban Designer to join an award-winning practice in London.

My client is a leading landscape design and masterplanning practice with an outstanding reputation for delivering responsibly designed, transformative and award-winning spaces that add real value to people's lives.

In a time of growth, my client is looking to hear from Associate Urban Designers with Middle Eastern experience to join and lead the expanding Urban Design team. The Associate Urban Designer will underpin the recent expansion, manage the growing team, deliver current projects, and build upon the portfolio with new work.

You should be passionate about urban design, masterplanning and city-making, and love the wonderful complexity of design challenges it presents. You will be required to be at ease with all elements of masterplanning - from collaboration with socio-economic consultants to delivering detailed masterplans and design codes.

Ideally, you will be available immediately and will have a mix of experience working on UK and Middle Eastern masterplanning projects.

Essential Requirements:

• A qualification in Urban Design or Architecture
• Excellent design skills
• Extensive experience in the field of Urban Design
• Proficient in Adobe Suite
• Confidence to take on projects independently
• Aptitude for business development / winning new work
• Project management experience
• Middle Eastern experience
