My Client is an independent national planning consultancy, successfully delivering planning solutions to clients across the UK. They have an exciting opportunity for a talented Town Planner to join their busy and dynamic team in Cardiff! You will be involved in projects on a nationwide basis.

This is an exciting opportunity to progress your career and assist in the delivery of exceptional planning services, across various sectors, including education, residential, retail and major mixed-use and regeneration schemes. My client acts for many high-profile clients, including some of the country's major land developers, housebuilders and retail operators.

Candidate Requirements

• RTPI accredited degree or a relevant degree.
• MRTPI or working towards Chartership.
• 1-3 years' experience.
• Competent in using Microsoft Office.
• Good time management and prioritisation skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Logical thinker.

The successful candidate will receive ongoing support and guidance and have the opportunity to work closely with Directors and senior team members.
