Salary Expectations: £35-42,000 Dependant on experience

I'm pleased to be supporting a thriving house builder based in Norfolk who are known for delivering high quality housing across the East Anglian and South Eastern regions. Their homes are built and based on Classical and Georgian style Architecture ensuring all their buildings have an elegant, traditional, and contemporary touch.

To be successful in this position you must have at least 5-6 years industry experience and have had at least several years working as a job runner. It should go without saying that you possess excellent technical abilities, enabling you to manage building regulation and construction drawings. AutoCAD knowledge would be essential.

Skills, Attributes & Responsibilities for this role:

• At least 5-6 years industry experience post qualification and several years' experience working at a senior level/ job runner.
• Fantastic AutoCAD skills matched with an excellent understanding of the Residential market.
• A good understanding of the UK building regulations and planning policies.
• Knowledge of construction detailing.
• You should boast strong project management skills and have the ability to lead a manage a team on all stages of projects.
• Experience in building control.
• Strong communication skills matched with the ability to build client relationships.
• Able to work to a high standard both as part of a team and individually.
• Hit the ground running in the role.
• Thrive in a fast paced and busy environment.
