Salary: £25,088- £29,696 per annum
Location: Initially working remotely, with travel across London as required
Hours: 35 hours per week, 6-month Fixed Term Contract ending March 2021
The Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) champions better buildings, communities and the environment through architecture and its members.
The RIBA’s London Region is a small but dynamic team which supports some of the best architects in the world. Our 12,000 members are based across London but work all around the world. We work closely with all our members to provide them with support, business opportunities and high-quality training to help them maintain their global reputation.
As the first point of contact for all member and external stakeholders, this role is responsible for coordinating and managing the day-to-day business functions of the RIBA London office and to lead on administrative, financial and logistical support for the RIBA London team to enable the team to deliver activities within and around London that support and attract members to the RIBA.
Our ideal candidate will be a real team player, have excellent organisation and time management skills; and excellent written and verbal communication skills including an ability to communicate with both public and professional audiences. You should also be highly experienced and knowledgeable of using various social media platforms, proficient in InDesign and similar graphic software to create content.
Evening and weekend work will occasionally be required as well as travel around London.
