Architectural Assistant/Architect

Planning Recruitment are currently supporting a leading Healthcare Architect in London as they seek to welcome a Part 2 Architectural Assistant or Newly Qualified Architect following a succession of working winning.

Joining the team to provide valued support across all RIBA Plan of Work stages, you will gain exposure working on healthcare projects of all shapes and sizes, from ward refurbishments through to large new build hospitals. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to gain valuable experience across every aspect of the design and construction process, including regular work on site. For those looking to complete their Part 3, the practice can offer suitable case study projects as well as full support and mentorship from the Directors.

The ideal candidate will have a strong flair for design as well as strong technical drawing abilities and a good knowledge of the UK building regulations. Due to the nature of the studio and projects, you must be a proficient Revit user as you will be expected to use the programme immediately. Healthcare experience is not essential as full training will be provided for the successful candidate.
