Architectural Technician

A new opportunity has just arrived for an Architectural Technician or Architectural Assistant to join a growing practice that are leaders in their field. Other job tiles considered include Architectural Technician/ Technologist/Architectural Assistant or junior Architect and experience with using Revit for at least 1 year in practice on live projects is essential.

The opportunity with this growing practice, will provide you with the chance to either focus on working across all the RIBA stages from design to delivery or to focus on solely the technical stages, as they are a growing practice there are a couple of opportunities available. Knowledge in construction detailing and construction methods especially within multi storey and various building materials including steel frame would be highly desirable although not essential.

My client are a thriving practice, offering a collaborative approach across various projects and work closely with their clients to produce exceptional solutions resulting in a solid base of repeat customers. My client are a moderate walk from the train station so a driving licence is preferred although not essential and they also have on site free parking.

They have implemented long term home working so once you are familiar with the projects you will be home based if you wished and all equipment will be provided.
