A RIBA Chartered and Award-Winning architectural practice have an exciting new opportunity for a talented and design focussed Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join their team. You will be joining a successful team of Architects, Technologists, Architectural Assistants and Administrative staff to immerse yourself in a wide variety of projects.

Whilst this practice does not specialise in one particular sector of architecture, their past projects are inclusive of the Workspace, Residential, Education and Hospitality sectors. They are actively using Microstation in practice so experience would be beneficial but not essential. Sketchup and Adobe skills would be essential.

To be a Part 2 Architectural Assistant you must:

• Be fully confident in the use of Adobe and Sketchup.
• Microstation experience would be preferable.
• Boast excellent communication skills both verbally and written.
• Have a sound knowledge of the UK based Building regulations.
• Experience in practice is essential- this can be post Part 1.
• Demonstrate a passion for design and strong conceptual skills.

As a Part 2 Architectural Assistant you will:

• Be involved in the coordination of designs with other members of you team.
• Be working as part of a close-knit team assisting on the development of design proposals.
• Preparing, drawing, visualisation, schedules, and report.
• Work within project deadlines, completing work to the highest standard.
• Support the more senior members of the team and give guidance to the Part 1's.
