My client is a UK leading investor and Planning Project Manager in UK Land and Property. Penguin recruitment are delighted be supporting them in their search for a Senior Planner to join their busy London team!

My client's main goal is to form alliances to enable land and property assets to be brought forward through the planning process to provide sustainable sites for residential and/or commercial development.

My client is a market leader in the strategic land investment and planning promotion sector, with a portfolio that consists of over 60 sites totalling in excess of 1000 acres throughout the UK. Their portfolio consists of land at different stages of the planning promotion process, from sites being prepared for application through to those which are being sold for residential or commercial development with the benefit of planning permissions achieved. My client is also currently working on Greenfield and Brownfield projects across the UK.

This dynamic and busy team are seeking applications from candidates with a particular skillset that will allow them to take a project through from acquisition, to securing planning permissions to selling, while supporting the team.

Candidate Requirements

• RTPI accredited degree in Town Planning or relevant field of study.
• 3+ years' experience in residential or commercial development.
• Previous experience in land promotion/acquisition advantageous.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team as well as from own initiative.
