Part II Architectural Assistant or Architectural Technologist

We are currently seeking an ambitious Part II Architectural Assistant and/or Architectural Technologist with an eye for design and a passion for the detail. We have successfully mentored other assistants to achieve their Part III qualification and would look to achieve the same with this new role.  HAP is a successful, well established, award winning, practice with long standing partnerships with both commercial and private clients.  We pride ourselves in providing a very high standard of service at all stages of the architectural process, from inception to completion.  We believe our people are the heart of our success and pride ourselves on our team ethos.

The Role:

The opportunity to support an exciting mix of projects at all work stages, you will work closely with our experienced team members who will be responsible for overseeing your projects.  You role will involve producing drawings and designs as requested to client specifications, effectively communicating with clients, design teams and Local Authorities / statutory bodies to obtain approvals and to deliver high quality buildings.

Skills and Experience:

• You should be able to demonstrate your ability to support projects of a varied nature
• Ideally some knowledge of residential planning permissions
• Design flair with an eye for detail
• Knowledge of current planning legislation and building regulations
• Archicad experience and BIM an advantage
• Photoshop / Indesign skills would be beneficial
