My client is a dynamic and successful practice based in Birmingham who are known for working across a diverse range of sectors including Industrial, Data Centres, Leisure, Education, Retail and Residential projects. The team are active Revit and AutoCAD users so proficiency would be desirable.

I am looking to speak with Experienced Architects and/ or Technicians with previous Industrial experience and strong design and technical abilities.

• Support and/ or be responsible for the running of projects.
• Have previous Industrial experience.
• Mentor the more Junior members of staff.
• Excellent client facing skills and the ability to communicate confidently.
• Work on all RIBA stages of projects.
• Good Revit and AutoCAD would be desirable.
• Confident with the technical stages of products and producing working drawings.
• Good knowledge of the planning procedures.
• Boast strong communications skills both verbally and written.
• ARB registered or CIAT qualified/ working towards.
• Ability to work to a high standard both as part of a team and individually.
• Good time keeping skills.
