Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum depending on experience

Location: London

Hours: Full time, 35 hours per week, permanent contract

The Digital Support Analyst role is a member of the Live Services team who works closely with users, internal and external teams to implement business changes and resolve support tickets.

In your role you will support identification and rectification of issues of the RIBAs digital live systems, coordinating 2nd and 3rd line response to resolution. You will be responsible for ensuring that tasks are prioritised and defined correctly and ensuring that they are delivered on time and within budget.

In addition, you will be instrumental in supporting ongoing testing, and be part of a major digital transformation programme currently underway.

To succeed in this role, you will possess:

  • Demonstrable experience in a technical software support role
  • Experience coordinating tasks and building relationships with internal teams and third-party suppliers
  • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and Kanban processes
  • Experience with software testing processes.
  • A strong ability to manage and prioritise work effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
