I'm pleased to be supporting a Global Architectural & Engineering firm based in Newcastle who due to an increase in workload, are looking for a number of new technical staff. My client works across a variety of sectors with some of their recent work being Hospitality, Residential & Commercial projects. Revit would be essential to be successful in this role.

You will be joining a talented team of Architects, Technical staff, and Designers where you will get the opportunity to immerse yourself in an interesting rang of projects, predominantly targeting the Residential and Hospitality sectors. To be successful, you must have strong Revit skills.

To work as an Architectural Revit Technician, you must:

• Have UK based experience working as an Architectural Technician.
• You will have good knowledge of Revit, Sketchup, Adobe and Microsoft office.
• Have sound knowledge of UK building regulations.
• You must be qualified to at least HNC/HND in a construction related subject or have a Degree in Architectural Technology or similar is preferred.

Whilst working as an Architectural Revit Technician you will:

• Be involved in the mentoring of less experienced staff.
• Support in the running of projects.
• Liaise with clients and your design team whilst representing the practice.
• Meet deadlines to an excellent standard.
• Play a key role in the development of all design proposals.
