Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per annum depending on experience
Location: RIBA North, Liverpool Waterfront with some homeworking
Hours: 35 hours per week, 12-month fixed term contract.
We are seeking an exceptional individual for this exciting role to lead the development and delivery of the RIBA professional training (CPD) offer.
Working with internal and external stakeholders, you will have responsibility for the creation of c200 learning activities, leading a small but incredibly dedicated team, to support our members to maintain their professional competence and to develop new skills. As the project owner of the RIBA Academy, our learning management system, you will bring your knowledge of digital learning best practice to ensure it is incorporated into our training programmes.
You will be a qualified architect using your knowledge of the industry to ensure we are delivering a quality and relevant programme to support our members. You will have played an active part in training development previously to bring your understanding of training to the role. You will be part of the income generating RIBA Commercial team, so an entrepreneurial approach with a strong track record in customer satisfaction is sought.
