Senior Architectural Technician
Nottingham

Salary - £35,000-£40,000
Penguin Recruitment are delighted to be supporting an Architectural Practice.
They have a diverse portfolio, so expect to get involved on a range of different projects. They are current working in ArchiCad so ideally you will be proficient in this.
Skills / qualifications for this role:
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Full UK Driving license and own transport
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills
Key jobs duties for this role:
- Project running on large scale projects.
- Developing briefs, scheme, planning drawings as part of a wider technical team
- Coordination of Specialist Consultants in the design coordination
- Production of technical details, working drawings and tender packages
