Penguin Recruitment are delighted to be supporting this multidisciplinary consultancy. They work across a wide range of Architecture led services, on both private and public sector projects.

The ideal candidate will have a track record in mix of commercial, industrial, retail and residential architecture, be competent in working independently and managing small workloads between themselves and a number of junior technicians.

A solid technical background is essential and experience and proficiency in writing NBS specifications would be a benefit.

They are current working in Revit so this would be essential.

Skills / qualifications for this role:

• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Full UK Driving licence and own transport
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills

Key jobs duties for this role:

• Developing briefs, scheme, planning drawings as part of a wider technical team
• Coordination of Specialist Consultants in the design coordination
• Production of technical details, working drawings and tender packages
