Are you a Graduate Town Planner looking for their next exciting venture? My client is one of the world's leading Real Estates Companies, and their friendly and dynamic Planning team is looking to recruit a talented Graduate Town Planner to join their team!

The candidate will be based in either Leeds or Manchester where you will be part of the Northern Planning and Development team and will ideally travel between the two offices. You will work alongside the Planning team working across wide ranging projects from commercial, mixed use and residential developments to education, healthcare, and energy.

Joining the team as a Graduate Planner, you will be exposed to a wide range of projects and will have the opportunity to work closely with Senior and Associate members of the team! My client is known for their dedication to professional development and continued support and training, so this is the perfect opportunity for an ambitious Graduate who is seeking quick career progression!

My client is seeking applications from candidates with the following:

• RTPI accredited Degree in Town Planning or a related field of study.
• Previous experience in a similar role desirable.
• Knowledge of the UK Town Planning and government systems.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• A tenacious can-do attitude!
