Location: Leeds/Manchester.

Salary: c£25k-£35k, negotiable depending on experience!

Are you a Chartered Town Planner looking for their next exciting venture? My client is one of the world's leading Real Estates Companies, and their friendly and dynamic Planning team is looking to recruit a talented Town Planner to join their Leeds or Manchester office!

The candidate will be based in either Leeds or Manchester where you will be part of the Northern Planning and Development team. You will work alongside the Planning team working across wide ranging projects from commercial, mixed use and residential developments to education, healthcare and energy.

My client is seeking applications from candidates with the following:

• MRTPI or MRICS qualification or working towards it.
• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Demonstratable knowledge of the UK town planning and government systems.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• A tenacious can-do attitude!
