Salary: £30-40,000 Dependant on experience

A successful and well-known client based in Leeds has an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Senior Architectural Technician to join their practice! Whilst in this role you will work on a wide variety of exciting projects from the first technical stages, right through to the final construction stages on site. These projects will range across the Residential, Commercial, Education, Retail & Leisure sectors.

To work as a Senior Architectural Technician, you must have:

• A CIAT Qualification or be working towards chartership.
• A suitable degree in Architecture and Construction.
• Revit experience is essential.
• Good knowledge of the UK Building and Planning regulations.
• At least 5+ years job running experience both within a practice and on site.

Whilst working as a Senior Architectural Technician you will:

• Work to strict deadlines to a high standard both individually and as a team.
• Liaise with clients and the design team.
• Playing a key role in development of design proposals and involvement in project development across all work stages.
• Obtain design briefs from the directors.
• Be involved in mentoring the less experienced staff.
