The Architectural Assistant role is an addition to our busy team and will work on a range of exciting projects, from luxury developments to bespoke dwellings.

Primary Responsibilities:

• To liaise with clients in a clear professional and engaging manner.
• To assist Project Architect or Technician with drawings for Building Regulations.
• To prepare feasibility and concept design reports, working with varied media.
• To record evidence of your professional experience in accordance with the requirements of the RIBA.

• Preparing CAD drawings for all project stages

The Person: We are looking for a Part 2 qualified professional

• Experience working on residential schemes in the UK within an architect’s office.
• The ability to work proactively in a small team with good written and oral communication skills
• Have excellent organisation skills, and able to plan and their workload
• Have a full driving licence and ideally your own transport
• Have a good understanding of planning and building regulations.
• Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time.
• A proficient user of AutoCAD, Revir, Sketch Up, Photoshop and 3d studio
