  • Excellent organisational, time and people/resource management skills
  • Experience of project running for private homeowner clients and developments up to 30 units
  • Ability to oversee circa. 20-projects at any one time and lead the team effectively to ensure the company achieves deadlines whilst maintaining excellent customer service

  • Be commercially savvy, ensure the team are managing their time effectively, keep a keen eye on profit margins, and report financial forecasting to the Director

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a confident, friendly approach

As well as working in a great place offering a good work-life balance with flexible working, you’ll enjoy benefits including competitive remuneration including performance-based bonuses, and a commission based structure for bringing work to the business.  Base salary level circa. £55k dependant on experience.
