An exciting opportunity has presented itself for an enthusiastic Town Planner to join a close-knit multidisciplinary team within an Architecture, Planning and Development Consultancy. My client is a planning-led design practice that combines architecture and planning in a cohesive approach to all development projects within the UK and beyond.

My client is looking for a candidate to perform planning assessments of sites, planning statements, and submit and manage planning applications. The ideal candidate will have experience in local plan representations, and strategic land planning. You will assist the team in providing expert witness services, planning appeals, enforcement, and listed building consent.

The requirements for the successful candidate include:

• Bachelors and/or Post graduate degree in a planning related field.
• Previous experience in a planning related role.
• Experience with strategic land planning desirable.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage workload and deadlines.
• Ability to work from own initiative as well as part of a team.
