I'm pleased to be supporting a long-standing client in their new appointment of an Experienced Part 1 Architectural Assistant! My client is a multi-disciplinary team made up of around 30 staff in multiple disciplines who work across the Large Scale Residential, Commercial, Education, Logistics & Infrastructure sectors.

To be successful in this role you must have at least 1-2 years post qualification experience and have good working knowledge of the software Revit. It would be preferred if this experience was through a live job but, we would also consider University exposure.

Skills required to be a Part 1 Architectural Assistant:

• You must be Part 1 qualified.
• At least 1-2 years UK based experience working as a Part 1 Architectural Assistant.
• Excellent working knowledge of Revit, Sketchup and the Adobe suite software's as these are predominantly used within the practice.
• Sound knowledge of the UK building regulations and experience in the producing and submitting of planning applications.
• Experience in the above sectors would be preferred but not essential.
• Good technical abilities.

Working as a Part 1 Architectural Assistant you will be:

• Partaking in the running of projects.
• Liaising with clients and the design teams.
• Playing a key role in the development of design proposals and involvement in project development across all work stages.
• Supporting the more senior members on all RIBA stages of projects.
