Penguin Recruitment is pleased to be working with a recognised leader in the development sector on the hire of an Architectural Technician to join the team in Ipswich.

Our client is one of the UK's leading housebuilders operating from over 30 offices and builds around 16,000 new homes each year! They have a long history of developing careers and promoting employees to senior positions within the business so if you are ambitious with plans to grow, this is a great company to work with!

Candidates will ideally have residential developer experience. A minimum requirement is to have sound knowledge of the current Building Regulations and have strong project management skills.

In addition, we are looking to speak with people who are self-motivated, committed, holds a team player ethic and strong communication/negotiation skills.
