Salary: £23,000-28,000 Dependant on experience

I'm pleased to be supporting a thriving, medium sized practice in a number of new appointments in their period of growth. My client's current projects span across the Residential, Commercial and Interior Fit Out sectors and they are actively using Revit in practice.

Required Skills & Experience to be a Part 2 Architectural Assistant:

• Well organised with excellent attention to detail.
• A minimum of 2 years UK based experience working as a Part 1 or 2.
• The capability to work independently and also successfully as part of a team.
• A good working knowledge of planning standards and UK building regulations.
• AutoCAD and Revit proficiency.
• Excellent design flare with good technical abilities.

As a Part 2 Architectural Assistant you will:

• Be involved in the coordination of designs with other members of you team.
• Be working as part of a small team assisting on the development of design proposals.
• Preparing, drawing, visualisation, schedules and report.
• Work within project deadlines, completing work to the highest standard.
