Salary: £25,000-40,000 Dependant on level of experience

I'm pleased to be supporting a well-established real estate investor/ developer in a new appointment of an Architectural Technician/ Designer. My client specialises in the Health sector with their most recent work covering Mental Health, Care & Assisted Living projects.

With this role you will be working in a close-knit team, where you will assist and report to the Directors who will be over seeing the development of sites. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with several years design and technical industry experience who is looking for the next step in their career!

This role would suit both an Architectural Technician or an technically biased Architect or Architectural Assistant (Part 2 or 2) with 3+ years industry experience.

Skills & Requirements for this role:

• Experience in Adobe AutoCAD would be essential- both 2D and 3D.
• Excellent IT skills and the ability to use all the Microsoft package.
• You should boast good communication skills both verbally and written.
• UK Driver's license and preferably your own car.
• Fantastic understanding of the UK building regulations and planning policies.
• You should be educated to at least an HND/HNC in a Construction/ Architectural subject.
• You should have a minimum of 3 years industry experience.
• The ability to work to a high standard and to strict deadlines.
• Produce design plans and technical details.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with current legislation, standards and codes of practice where appropriate
