Penguin Recruitment are pleased to be working with a build assets and development Sustainability Specialists on their journey to find a Senior Sustainability Consultant to join their team in London.

This consultancy provide services in a range of sectors including, but not limited to, CDM and Principal Design, Cost Consultancy, Daylight and Sunlight, M&E Design, Technical Due Diligence, Asset Certification, BREEAM, Sustainability Assessments for Planning. They work in Office, Retail Industrial, Leisure, Education, Residential and Mixed-Use.

This consultancy are looking for someone who can:

• Focus on the wider areas of Sustainability
• Produce Sustainability Statements detailing the core principles adopted by a development to meet planning requirements
• Circular Economy Statements to comply with London Plan targets
• Supply support to local councils, other team members, and clients
• Overheating analysis
• Preliminary energy modelling and strategy report

What you will need:

• Passion to expand your existing skill set and portfolio
• Degree in a relevant subject or equivalent commercial experience
• Experience in a similar role
• Experience in a client-facing role
• Experience with producing Sustainability Statements
• Experience with energy modelling
