Senior Urban Designer

​Planning Recruitment are currently representing a leading AJ100 practice with an excellent reputation in the housing sector as they look to welcome a Senior Urban Designer to their growing design teams.

Upon joining the team, you will be required to lead and support in the leading of design teams on large-scale residential led masterplans and urban regeneration schemes.. Your role will see you working on projects from their inception, leading projects and design teams and motivating and supporting junior members of the team.

The ideal candidate will come from an Architectural background and must be able to demonstrate experience working in a similar role, with a specific focus on residential led masterplans in the UK. You must have strong design and presentation skills, proven experience in project delivery and a solid understanding of UK building regulations. You must also be Revit and AutoCAD proficient.
