Salary: £27,648 per annum (pro-rata)

Location: Initially working remotely, with potential return to RIBA offices in due course

Hours: Full time35 hours per week, fixed-term contract – until 24 December 2021

We are looking for an experienced, confident and creative Marketing Executive to join the RIBA to support a specific project focusing on sustainability and climate action ‘Towards Net Zero’. 

Towards Net Zero is a project to coordinate RIBA’s multiple strands of work relating to sustainability and climate action, to engage different audiences in this important issue, and to build RIBA’s reputation as a thought leader across the built environment sector. This project also delivers RIBA’s programme of events and activities for COP26, Conference of Parties, hosted by the UK Government in Glasgow November 2021.

In this project role, you will be responsible for coordinating a dynamic digital communications campaign supporting a complex programme of work established by the project team.

Your primary focus will be to produce exciting and relevant content to communicate the project programme to our target audiences. You will have responsibility for the day-to-day management of the campaign, co-ordinating digital communications across multiple marketing channels, and work with our digital team on website content. You will be responsible for the weekly and monthly content for email communications to our members, the coordination of messages internationally on supporting the project campaign and working with internal teams to ensure a cohesive message is delivered.

The role will be home based initially; however you may be required to travel to RIBA Headquarters in London. There may also be a requirement for occasional work in the evenings and at weekends.
