Key Responsibilities
- Day-to-day lead on various bespoke residential and commercial projects in the UK
- Lead the briefing process, develop design and documents for planning and tender
- Liaise directly with private and small developer clients, authorities, contractors and consultants
- Produce and coordinate technical information in AutoCAD
- Supervising works on site and contract admin
Skills and Experience
- Fully qualified architect with 2-3 years post part III experience on bespoke residential projects in the UK
- Strong practical experience and a record of completed private residential projects
- Ability to take ownership of a project, packages and design decisions
- Thorough understanding of planning, building regulations, party walls and contract admin
- Strong client facing skills and coordination experience
