Architect/ Interior Architect

Jenny Allan Design, an award-winning boutique interior design studio based in London are looking for a Part 3 qualified architect with 5+ years experience in UK prime residential property design, specialising in high end interior architecture.

The candidate will be required to:

• To lead a number of interiors projects at varying stages - working alongside the Director
• Have excellent proficiency in Autocad (knowledge of 3DS Max and Vray would be very beneficial)
• Be able to prepare detailed sections, elevations, GA’s and RCP’s as well as detailed specification packages.  This will include bathrooms, kitchens and bespoke joinery.
• Have excellent knowledge of UK planning, Listed building and building control procedure
• Have a full UK driving licence and their own car to travel to site visits, some of which are outside of London
• Have a brilliant can-do attitude
• Be enthusiastic and have a flexible approach to their work
• Work well within a small team and with other industry professionals
• Have an impeccable attention to detail in their work
