Salary: £32-42,000 Dependant on experience

I'm pleased to be supporting an Award-Winning and Chartered firm in Yorkshire who now required an Architect to join their growing team!

About the company and role:

My client is one of Yorkshire's leading Revit/ BIM focussed practices and they are currently going through a large recruitment drive to help support new, exciting client's they've taken on. At present, their main sectors of work are Retail, Logistics and Large-Scale Residential projects, so candidates with previous relevant sector experience would be preferred.

With this role you will be joining a Medium sized team of Architectural professionals where you will gain career opportunities to enable you to grow and progress within the business! Skills & Experience required for the role of Senior Architect:

• Previous experience job running large scale projects of relevant sectors would be preferred.
• Excellent Revit/ BIM skills would be highly desirable.
• At least 2+ years industry experience in a UK based practice post Part 3/ ARB registration.
• Excellent communication skills both verbally and written.
• A range of sector exposure across similar sectors.
• The ability to work to a high standard both individually and in a team, keeping to deadlines.
• Previous experience liaising with contractors, clients, and other work professionals.
• A full understanding of the UK building regulations and planning policies.
