Penguin Recruitment are pleased to be working with a Building Regulations Testing experts on their journey to find an On-Construction Domestic Energy Assessor to join their team in Hertfordshire.

This consultancy work on a wide range of projects and offer a multitude of services such as SAP Calculations, Ventilation Testing and Commissioning, Energy Statements, Sound Insulation Testing, SBEM Calculations, Water Efficiency Calculations, and Energy and Carbon Reduction.

During this role you will be working with one other energy assessor to carry out SAP Assessments on a variety of projects throughout the week depending on demand. This role will also be office-based.

What they are looking for:

• Some experience carrying out SAP Assessments
• Confident and friendly manner
• Ability to commute to the office daily
• Full UK Drivers Licence
• Preferred: Qualified OCDEA
