About the company and role:

My client is a RIBA Chartered and aware-winning practice based in central Colchester who now require a Part 2 Architectural Assistant or Architectural Technician to join their team! At present, the past and current workload consists across the Residential. Education, Commercial, Retail, and Industrial sectors. For this role, previous experience in Revit, AutoCAD and Microstation would be preferred, but training can be provided!

The ideal candidate will already have 2+ years industry experience and a background working across similar sectors of work.

Skills & Experience required for this role:

• Design flare that is present in your application portfolio.
• Previous sector exposure across the Commercial and Residential sectors.
• An excellent understanding of Revit, Microstation, SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite would be beneficial, but training may be provided for the right candidate.
• You should boast a good technical understanding and ideally have worked across RIBA stages 1-4.
• You will be required to work on the preparation of detailed drawings and specifications.
• Fantastic communication skills both verbally and written.
• The initiative to work to a high standard both as a team and individually.

**Experienced Part 1's and Architectural Designers will also be considered with relevant experience**
