Penguin Recruitment are pleased to be working with an independent specialists focusing on the construction industry.

This consultancy provides regulation compliance, planning conditions and energy efficiency services to developers, builders, architects, contractors, designers, and site managers from conception to completion.

The role:

• Providing BREEAM Assessments for major schemes from planning to completion
• Providing Whole Life Cycle Assessments
• Complete BREEAM Life Cycle Assessments to achieve BREEAM Mat01 credits
• Manage own workloads and invoicing and report back to the BREEAM Team Lead
• Project lead large projects and co-ordinate with clients
• Work closely with Account Managers to progress initial tenders and scopes of work in conjunction with BREEAM and WLC services
• Provide initial risks and opportunities for services provided
• Providing additional services such as SAP and SBEM
• Communicating, liaising, and negotiating internally and externally

What you will need:

• Minimum of 5 years' experience working within the construction industry
• A degree in a relevant subject or equivalent experience
• Qualified BREEAM New Construction
• Ideally a BREEAM AP
• Flexibility to travel to client meetings and construction sites
• Experience of delivering the Pre-Application and Planning Stage Whole Life Cycle Carbon Assessments
• Experience of delivering Life Cycle Assessments for BREEAM
