An exciting opportunity has presented itself for a Senior or Principal Level Town Planner to join a dynamic Urban Design and Development Company in the South West.

My client is a well-renowned practice that have extensive knowledge and experience in project co-ordination, spatial master planning, negotiating project delivery and advising on land acquisitions. They work on projects ranging from small to large scale and are looking for an experience Senior or Principal level Planner to join their busy and energetic team.

The successful candidate will have:

• Degree in a Planning related field.
• 5-10 years' experience.
• Demonstratable experience of managing projects and client development.
• Must be self-motivated, and eager to make a real contribution to the growth of the company.
