Senior/Principal Mechanical Design Engineer - Building Services

Penguin Recruitment are pleased to be working with an Environmental and Building Services Consultancy based in London on their journey to find a Senior/Principal Mechanical Design Engineer to join their team in London.

This consultancy have been offering their clients expert advice for over 12 years, and worked on a range of projects such as Commercial and Retail, with their focus being mainly on office fit-out.

This role will be based at the London office, although home-working options are available.

What you will need:

• Experience in a similar role
• Recent experience with office fit-out
• Degree in a relevant subject or equivalent experience
• Understanding of the Building Services design and procurement process
• Experience using AutoCAD/REVIT/HEVACOMP/IES or similar
• Confidence to work with clients and in client-facing meetings
• Ability to work well within a team
• Ability to prioritise workload and lone-work
