An established & award-winning architectural practice based in Winchester, have an urgent requirement for an experienced Project Architect to join them on a permanent basis.

Our client is extremely busy at the moment so it is a really exciting time to be joining the business. As such, they are looking for someone who will be able to take the lead on a number of projects. You must have 'all-round' experience, so a strong creative flair, strong technical skills and also be able to run a project.

In terms of projects, they work on an exciting variety! You could be working on a very modern, high-end residential project or a number of more complex projects in conservation areas. No two projects will be the same!

You will be working closely alongside the Directors, this really is a brilliant opportunity to gain a wealth of experience as part of an exceptional team of individuals. There is a clear cut progression path and an excellent benefits package on offer for the right candidate.

Essential skills/ qualifications for this Project Architect (RIBA/ ARB) role:

* Experienced in working on both the design and delivery of projects, enthusiastic in their approach
* Ideally you will be Chartered, but you must be ARB registered - with a number of years' experience
* Strong hand drawing skills, strong design and presentation skills
* Capability to collaborate, to innovate and to learn
* Be confident in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp
* Knowledge of UK planning policies and building regulations
* Excellent technical, communication and organisational skills, and proven track record of detailed design and delivery of projects on site
