Are you a Strategic Town Planner, or Strategic Planning Manger that is looking for their next exciting opportunity? An exciting opening has presented itself for a talented Strategic Town Planner to join a leading and well-renowned housebuilder in the UK, as part of their dynamic Planning team in their Bristol office. My client is a leading and well-established Housebuilder in the UK and has been in operation for almost 50 years. They have a keen interest in promoting environmentally conscious planning, and all properties are built with the environment in mind. My clients are proud to develop communities, and often build new roads, shops, or community centres to contribute to the appeal of their development.

Duties & Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be expected to coordinate major outline applications and conduct Local planning examinations that will promote the company's assets. You will be expected to assist operational and strategic performance and target new acquisitions through a forward-thinking approach to new strategic directions of growth. An important part of the role will be analysing industry trends to develop and implement adjustments to promote business.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• Significant experience in a Strategic Town Planning role.
• A relevant Planning degree or equivalent qualification.
• Demonstratable ability to produce strategic plans and direction.
• A forward-thinking approach to Strategic Planning.
