An established, multi-disciplinary consultancy based in Warrington, have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Architect or Technologist to join their team on a permanent basis.

They have won a number of large projects and are incredibly busy. They are currently a team of around 30 (across all disciplines) with the architectural team comprising of around 20 members of staff.

In terms of projects, you can expect to get involved in an exciting variety from large scale residential, commercial, education, logistics and infrastructure. The role will be around 60% focussed on the technical delivery of projects, however we are looking for someone who has a diverse set of skills.

You will be working closely alongside the senior design team, this really is a brilliant opportunity to gain a wealth of experience as part of an exceptional team of individuals. There is a clear cut progression path and an excellent benefits package on offer for the right candidate.

Essential skills/ qualifications for this Architect/ Architectural Technologist role:

* Experienced in working on both the design and delivery of projects
* Ideally you will be Chartered, but you must be ARB/ CIAT registered - with a number of years' experience
* Strong hand drawing skills, strong design and presentation skills
* Capability to collaborate, to innovate and to learn
* Be confident in Revit (although training will be provided)
* Knowledge of UK planning policies and building regulations
* Excellent technical, communication and organisational skills, and proven track record of detailed design and delivery of projects on site
