As part of a supportive and friendly team you will be fully involved in the design phase of the project.

We are primarily heavily focused on residential sector delivering quality design and build projects.

You will be working closely alongside the senior design team.

We are looking for the following:

Architect PART 3, You must be ARB registered – with at least 3 years working in the residential sector in the UK

Good Communication skills and able to carry out building measured surveys on site

Excellent knowledge of UK planning policies and Building regulations

Proficiency and accuracy in Revit and AutoCAD skills

Excellent presentation skills, technical abilities

Producing architectural drawings for planning and building regulation documents, previous experience is feasibility studies

Previous project exposure working on loft conversions, home extensions and new builds

Ability to work on multiple projects

Able to commute in London and Hertfordshire areas
