An award-winning, multi-disciplinary consultancy have an urgent new position for an experienced Architectural Technologist to join their team in Durham on a permanent basis.

They work across a broad range of projects including; sports, leisure, hospitality, residential, education and industrial (to name a few!) so this position would suit someone with a mix of experience and able to work on multiple projects at once.

You must have strong project management and job running experience, evident through a portfolio of work. Ideally you will also have good design skills and a track record of project delivery.

Essential skills/ qualifications for this Architectural Technologist role:

• Be suitably qualified and ideally you will have a number of years' worth of experience.
• Ideally you will have good knowledge of Revit.
• Sound knowledge of UK Building regulations alongside preparing, coordinating and submitting planning applications.
• Experienced producing construction details.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Good understanding and experience of document management.
• A UK driving licence & ideally your own transport.
