Technical Architect

Planning Recruitment are currently working with a leading AJ100 practice who are looking to appoint Technical Architects with exceptional technical skills as their workload continues to grow.

Working alongside Architects and other disciplines, you will be responsible for working on existing buildings to assess construction conditions and to implement remediation solutions such as re-cladding. You will be responsible for leading projects and project teams throughout construction and will be expected to produce and oversee construction details.

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following skills/experience:

• ARB Registration.

• Experience working on residential refurbishments projects.

• Cladding/re-cladding experience.

• Strong construction detailing knowledge.

• Experience leading projects and project teams.

• Strong report writing skills.

• A solid understanding of UK Building Regulations.

• Experience in construction defect investigations.

• AutoCAD and Revit proficiency.
